Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for any products purchased from Avarian. Once an order is confirmed, the sale is final. We encourage you to carefully review your order before confirming the purchase.
Replacement Policy
If you receive a damaged or defective product, we offer a replacement under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
- You contact us within 3 days from the date of receiving your order.
- The product is unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.
How to request a replacement:
- Contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order with your order details and a description of the issue.
- Provide clear photos of the damaged or defective product.
- We will review your case and send a replacement product as soon as the product is available.
Exemptions
- Used, worn, or altered products are not eligible for replacement.
- Personalized, customized, or final sale items cannot be replaced.
Shipping Charges
- If the product is defective or damaged, we will cover the return shipping cost for the replacement.
- In cases where the customer requests a replacement for reasons other than defect or damage, the return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
COD-Specific Terms
- Avarian only accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method. Please ensure that the recipient is available at the time of delivery to accept the order.
- If the order is refused upon delivery, it will be canceled, and no replacement will be provided.
- For replacement requests, we will process the replacement order using the same COD payment method.
